‘Would America have a massive coronary of the President came out on national television and radio and just said, “The country is in a hell of a mess and we are fresh out of ideas, What do you think?”
As leaders we are alway saying we need to listen to those that follow us. We need to get out of the office and engage more with all the employees.
The show Undercover Boss is based on the premise as leader we have lost touch with our own companies.
We need to ask everyone well what do you think?
I see two reactions first shock everyone is just stunned. Second it would open the flood gates for ideas much like posting an open position on a job board. Someone will have to sift through the junk for the good ideas. Which in itself could create jobs.
