This lecture begins with the profile and why it needs to be at 100%. It continues on to explain the advantages and disadvantages of groups, answers, reading list, and events. It explains the importance of the “Who Viewed My Profile” section.

Networking and Networking Etiquette: 3-4 Hours
It is amazing how many people today do not know how to properly network. This lecture covers the different types of networks and networking. It also covers the etiquette involved with doing it properly. It does include social networking.

The Difference between Leaders and Managers: 2-3 Hours
This seems to be a never-ending debate like the chicken and the egg. I attempt to show you that the difference is not as much as one might think. I do point out the significance of each and what it means to the success of your company.</p> <p>Intangibles your Bottom line and Profit Realization: 3-4 Hours<br /> <textarea style=”width: 500px; height: 20px; margin: 2px;”>While it is true that intangibles cannot be measured directly. There are metrics that can be measured and will show the effects of instituting intangibles. Depending on the metric they can range from 10 – 40% change. They will equate to monies.

Communications for Change: 3-4 Hours
We are creatures of comfort and even though we know that change is inevitable we will fight it. This lecture will discuss communication styles and methods in order to minimize the disruption and get people to embrace and accept the change. This is a top down process so it is important for leaders and managers at all levels.

Innovation =Risks Are You Ready to Leave Your Comfort Zone: 2-3 Hours
In this lecture we discuss innovation in its true form new, never been tried and risky. Discussed are the foundations of a start up based on innovation and risks. The way companies evolve to a state of no risk taking. How innovation shakes the foundations in order for the company to grow again at a faster pace.

Innovation is it Real or Just Improvements: 2-3 Hours
Your customers do not want to be marketed an innovation only to find out that it is a revision of the old product. This may lead to a credibility issue. So we discuss if it is innovation in a true sense or is it “New and Improved!” in the marketing sense.

Think in 360 Degrees Forget the Box: 3-4 Hours
This lecture is to be both educational and entertaining. The lecture may become animated at times while trying to get the point across between what we call 360 Degree thinking versus thinking outside the box. The method of 360 gets you to analyze problems in a different manner and to narrow it down to best-fit solutions in a short amount of time. To see it in action is mind blowing.

Disaster Planning, Mitigation and Recovery Non IT type: 4-5 hours
Do have a disaster plan for man-made or natural disasters? More than likely you do not. Have you calculated how much loss your company would have and if it can even recover from it? Do you know how long it will take to get back to your predisaster point? Yes it is thinking about the doom and gloom scenario! But it is better to think about it ahead of time instead of when it is too late. My years of being an assistant division head has afforded me the knowledge as to how to evaluate risks, develop good mitigation plans, and develop good recovery plans. Think risk/benefit assessment.
